We offer recreational and wellness programs and activities for students, faculty, staff, and community members. We design our programs and activities to be fun, create excitement, and help our campus community lead holistically healthy lifestyles.
Make Wellness Your Lifestyle
Physical exercise is only part of the equation when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle. We know, at times, your college experience may get stressful. We've got programs and activities to help you practice and create some healthy habits you'll be able to use long after you graduate.
Lunch "n" Learns
Lunch "n" Learns are seminars where we bring in health and wellness professionals to speak on a variety of health, wellness, and fitness topics. Past topics include:
- Proper nutrition
- Cardiovascular risk factors
- Safe exercise practices
- Stress management
- Desk stretches
- Ergonomic tips for your work space

Cooking Demonstrations
Come to our cooking demonstrations and leave with healthy recipes, and the knowledge of how to shop for and prepare healthy meals. You might even get to sample foods prepared by a personal chef!
Massage Mondays
Massages can be a great tool to help you relax, relieve stress, and reduce muscle tension—especially during midterms and finals. We bring in certified professional massage therapists to provide 10-minute chair massages to our Coppin community. Make sure to schedule yours when they happen!
