BREAKING NEWS: Coppin State announces in-state tuition incentive to students from certain states!
Coppin State University is offering in-state tuition to new undergraduate students accepted at Coppin State University beginning Fall 2024. Students from more than 30 states and U.S. territories outside of Maryland are eligible to receive in-state tuition.
The in-state tuition rate for students will apply once the student is admitted and enrolls at Coppin State University. Students will continue to receive in-state tuition as they continue their undergraduate degree program at Coppin State. No additional application is needed.
Complete the undergraduate application for admission here and submit the necessary documentation. No additional application is required.
The in-state tuition incentive is available for new full-time undergraduate degree-seeking students admitted to the university from more than 30 states and U.S. territories outside of Maryland. Those states and territories are:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- California
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- District of Columbia
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Kansas
- Kentucky
- Maine
- Massachusetts
- Michigan
- Minnesota

- North Dakota

Students will be eligible to pay in-state tuition upon enrollment. They will remain eligible to pay in-state tuition for the duration of their undergraduate degree program at Coppin State University.
